Purchased stair lift and it would not run right out of the box. Tech support will not help us and Med mart will not even return our emails or phone calls. Would NOT recommend you buy from these people. Have been 3-1/2 weeks trying to get this issue resolved and so far nothing. Stay away from Med Mart.

I ordered and paypaled the money, which was received on 04/21/2021. I was notified that my purchase was to arrive on 04/27. I patiently waited to be able to have my rollator back in service. I'm 73 years old and need this unit on a daily basis to get around. I've been impacted greatly and will be until my purchase arrives. After explaining my dilemma and the 20 minute back and forth, I was informed "their going to get out to you today." I was so discussed by that point, I was unable to express my true feelings and now you've given me the opportunity. Not only have I been impacted for twelve days, being limited on my movement, no one needs to experience trying not to fall when they don't have a rollator with a "blowout" in a public setting. Compensation, OVER NIGHT DELIVERY? We'll see. Regards, John

No happy at all ordered scooter had to cancel couple days later because shipping was not going to be in my time frame a representative said no problem it hasn't shipped and she would refund my money four days went by no money and my account said hold order questioned them said oh it shipped already and I would be responsible to pay all fees restocking and shipping so they forced me to buy it anyway then I asked for shipping number they said they don't have one for three weeks this went on then a shipping company in buffalo said ready to be delivered two days still no way to track it it arrived poorly packed damaged mirror striped the didgital screen a mess all scratched and not visiable to see letters not lighting up chips on body and couple scratchesleft email so will see if they correct this matter

I ordered a scooter and it was way to small. The price was $799 and I had to return it. Upon receiving the scooter I was given free shipping. I had to return the scooter and I was still charged $75.00 for the initial shipping $175.00 for the return shipping and $159.00 restocking fee for a total of $409.00. Now how is that fair? I would never order from medmart again and would never refer anyone to them.

Ordered a MoLift Belt. Credit card was charged on 4/16, 3 days before the order was acknowledged with a thank you email. Never never received shipping information, and never received product. Two weeks now.

Ordered a wheelchair that was supposed to ship 4/22 then we call and now ship date is 5/3 then the associate helping said they would call back or email the next day and 3 days later still waiting on the call or email we also asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one available that day . Just very unsatisfied with the company and the customer service
