Main number operator was helpful and the bed was shipped to the local area(?) where needed to be assembled. The bed was shipped more than two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the bed to be delivered. I called the main office and told her the the point person's name. He sent and called me that someone else will be contacting me today but i haven't hear from that new person yet.

This chair is not the chair we ordered my husband is 6'7" we pacificly talked to Daryl about the size how large it had to be he assured us this was the chair 1700.00 later we recieved a tiny chair ! Not happy will be contacting med mart in the UK pick this chair up and refund our money! Chris Robert's Sutherlin Oregon.

I ordered an electric wheelchair carrier the first week in April 2021. It was delivered on April 15th. Went to assemble the carrier only to learn that Med Mart had sent me a Class III hitch mount rather than the Class II that I needed. Spoke to customer service on April 19. 20, 23, and 30 Each time promises that the correct part will be sent out immediately. May 5, I called to speak to Margaret, the manager of customer service. Got answering machine . Left msg to call me. May 6 called 4 times. Got answering machine each time. Left msg with order number and asked that I be called to discuss the error and to get the correct part sent to me. Still no communication from anyone from Med Mart. Do not waste your money on Med Mart who Does NOT care about their customers; nor care about correcting their shipping errors. John Stewart , Evans, GA
