I still have not received the item. It is taking weeks to ship. I have a resident who needs this item and expedited shipping was not an option.

They sent a walker I didn't order. When I saw it was coming, I notified them four times, and once was to a real person, not to send it, but they sent it any way, even though all four times were before it shipped. How do I get it returned? Your notice works like all your other notices...It doesn't work.

When I ordered a 4 wheel scooter the web site said it would ship out May 4th. When it didn't ship out by the 5th I called them. They claimed the web site said June 4th. They changed the ship date after I ordered. Seems very misleading Response to Med Mart: I understand delays and Covid slowing production down. I didn't hear a response as to why your website wasn't accurate in shipping dates. That is my point about misleading me. 30 days longer to get the product should have been on your site!

Ordered a sling for my stroke victim sister on 04/28/21. They took the amount of $561.00 on 04/30/21. Called them 2 x to find out status. Sent a message to the help desk. 05/07/21 got response that they'd notify me with a status. Nothing yet. Left email with help desk on 05/11/2021. Of course I've heard nothing back yet. Want refund by Friday. That is what I said in my last email. No other medical supplier has ever been this unresponsive!!!!!!

As soon as we received a response, we advised you via email- earlier today, advising that this was back-ordered and estimated to ship by 5/24. We do apologize for the inconvenience as the manufacturer did not advise us of any delays for this particular sling until now. We have asked that this order get processed as quickly as possible.
