Phone call from Med Mart explaining…
Phone call from Med Mart explaining that someone was traveling to Sacramento on Wednesday and would be passing through Lodi, my home. They asked if I would like them to drop off my new scooter while passing Lodi. I said sure that is great. It arrived on time and brought into my house to the den for me to assemble. Thank you
Response from Med MartSep 24, 2025
Hi, We’re so glad we could make your delivery a little easier by arranging the drop-off while passing through your area. It’s great to hear the timing worked out perfectly! Thanks, Team Med Mart

Very helpful and knowledgeable!
The man who took my order on the phone was very helpful and personable. He offered suggestions that helped me decide on my purchase. Also the transport chair I purchased was reasonably priced and less expensive than Amazon and plus I got personal attention.
