Hello, I just sent tracking via FedEx that shows your chair should be delivered tomorrow. In looking at the notes there were a couple configurations that were incompatible that needed to be changed before the chair could be built. Once the custom build began we were given a date for shipment of 7/13. Thankfully the chair shipped sooner but still not within the normal timeframe. Custom built wheelchairs usually take 10-12 business days to build and are shipped once that has completed. We have seen delays as long as 30 days on the production of some chairs over the past several months. We have hired additional team member to help with the significant increase in call volume caused by the pandemic and national supply chain delays that have caused severe delays in so many consumer goods at this time. I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this delay has caused you and the frustration of long hold times when calling in. We are hoping the additional steps we have taken will alleviate the communication issues our customers are experiencing. Renee, Thank you for your feedback, I see you spoke with a representative on 6/24 who informed you your product will ship by 6/29. Once the product is in transit, you will receive tracking via email. We understand the frustration that comes along with these delays, please understand that we are still dealing with the aftermath of the pandemic. So many things are out of our control, but we are doing everything we can for our customers as we know how important our products are for them. Hello Tiffany, We are sincerely sorry for the delays you experienced with your order. The past year has presented issues with inventory outages and supply chain delays that we have been doing our best to keep up with, and unfortunately, some of our updates were not received in a timely fashion. It is always our goal to provide the most accurate information possible and keep our customers informed of every step along the order process. Especially when delays occur. We have been aware for sometime that our volume has increased during the global pandemic and want to assure that although we did not give you the stellar stress free experience that we would expect to provide to all of our customers, we have taken steps to resolve these delays in communication. We have hired additional support staff to help with calls and emails. We have also been made aware that our phone system has been disconnecting calls and this has been reported by several customers as well as by our own team. We are currently investigating the cause of the disconnections with our phone system developers. As far as the delays in your order, we apologize and let you know that we learn from our issues and work to resolve them so they dont occur in the future. I have reviewed your order and see that we approved next day air shipping of a missing item for the bed. I spoke with you a few times in regard to this order when we realized there were problems and delays, and worked to correct these issues and advise you of the reasons at the time of our calls. Regardless of the fact that we were able to finally resolve all these issues, I understand that it added additional stress to you during an already stressful time in your life.
