The sales person was helpful but was given wrong info . Told lift chair would come in two pieces but came as 1 piece. Unable to place Chair were needed had to hire another moving company to place chair.

On Friday afternoon, I got a message saying my order was delivered. It was not. I am hoping it will be dropped off Monday. Otherwise, the order process and communication have been good. Hoping for a good resolution.

They have not called me back after promising a call from the repair shop over a week ago..Getting it fixed on my own! Med-Mart has no service expediency, they run the warranty out in the weeks it takes to diagnose and mail parts and then set up another service appointment for the service person…..WHO NEEDS THIS?

We partner with technicians all over the country who can repair the equipment we sell. However, the coordination of receiving parts and finding a local tech can take some time. I’ll start over 😑 so finally after 4 weeks the bed did arrive yay! The delivery guy to install was very nice on the phone however he saw a big gash in footboard and didn’t inform me of it and I’m guessing didn’t call you? We definitely need a new foot board delivered and the busted one sent back. I thought it was a good day until his granddaughter sent me pictures yesterday. I’ll call again on Monday but you definitely need to ship out footboard and have it installed again. You guys seem so nice on the phone but it’s been one issue after another. Please setup delivery of busted foot board and get the company back out to install it!! The tech will be able to assemble your side table as a courtesy, no problem at all!! :) The in-home delivery and set up lead time for beds is always 10-12 business days from the time of the order. I purchased a Smart Lifter Trunk Hoist with Installation. It was installed in August. The Vehicle was used daily until September. It was not used for three weeks. At end of this period the vehicle battery was dead. Got vehicle started and used for a week. Went to use in November and was dead again. Had dealer (car) take it to shop. Shop says its the lift. They demonstrated the lift is pulling currently when vehicle is shut down. They removed the lifts fuse and current draw stopped. I put in for a service claim. Took 2 months to get answer. Now they want me to pay for the service call!

I ordered a mattress for my mother, it arrived two hours before she passed away. We never opened it, the box never even made it off my porch. I can understand that opened mattresses should not be returned but if the have never been out of the box I don't understand why I cannot be return and be refunded. Just one more thing added to a very difficult time

Made an order and asked for an estimate of delivery. I was told 4 days & based on that placed order. Called today & was told manufacturer would give update in 3 days. Not happy with this. This is my first & last order with Med Mart
