Hi there- I reviewed this order and reviewed the calls. It looks like this order was placed privately on our site with incorrect shipping information. Someone called us regarding the wrong shipping details entered and my cs staff informed that it already shipped and we'll do what we can to get the address reconsigned to the correct address. Errors happen, we're all human and don't fault you for that! We're doing what we can as always and pleasure to help with anything additionally if we can. Thanks!

Hi there, This was odd for me to read so I looked immediately into this and I see the order was placed on 2/10, we sent UPS tracking to your email on 2/13. UPS attempted to deliver on Tuesday 2/17 and the order was returned to sender as it was marked wrong address, resident moved, need to obtain new address. This shows in the UPS tracking details at ups.com. I see my customer service team verified your address and it was accurate as entered so perhaps a call to your your apt complex office team will help. Sometimes UPS/FEDEX shippers in general, deliver to an apartment complexes office or someone gave the driver wrong information when they attempted delivery. We are so sorry that this happened and the moment we were made aware, we have done what we can to get a new order out to you as quickly as possible. Thank you and kind regards.

Hi Kathy, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience. We are truly sorry that you feel lied to about our return policy and the service you received. Our records indicate that you purchased this product organically and to avoid any confusion about our return policy, we require customers to acknowledge our policy before proceeding to checkout. We did reach out to the manufacturer on 2/19 and were told that they do not accept any returns that have been opened/used. We then communicated this to you while we were working with the manufacturer and since the product had already been opened, we weren't able to move forward with the return. We understand how this would be frustrating, but we have to abide by our manufacturer's return reasons. Thanks, Team Med Mart
