I ordered the belt to use with the lift on June 5th I have still not received it. I am sending the lift back, unable to use without the belt. My mother is growing more debilitated and your product will no longer be useful to us. I have also not received updates on when the product might be shipped. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the situation.

When we took it apart to load it up the pins fell out and the horn button fell off. On the one we got earlier the battery case is cracked. Can I get a replacement battery for it ?

I ordered a scooter ew 72 on June 4th I never received it we call so many times but we get a run a round about it so to me never will I order from this company I never gotten my scooter 😡😡😡

I ordered this June 2nd. I still don't have it and I've already made payments on it! I've asked for follow up emails to confirm it's still guaranteed to ship this week ending July 16th.

I never received all the parts, been calling, sending emails/chats with no response until I contacted my finance company. My disabled son face was scratched so we put it away requesting all the parts then the company suppose to send out all the parts but when my other son went to put it back in the box it closed on his finger. He had to get 7 stitches and a tetanus shot. I have to now clean and redress his injury twice a day. Still the company drag their responses to come get the equipment and give me a full refund.
