Your customer phone service is terrible. I sat on hold for 32 minutes and my wife was on hold for over 2 hours. You are either under manned or not even there at all. I do not want to here your excuses, just fix it

You charged me for the product in June, then told me it would be delayed by about 10 days. It is now July 28, I have not product and you have ignored my request to cancel the order and refund my money, since you told me I won't get the product before the end of August

Incredibly long hold times for customer service phone line. Published delivery date was way off. Item was listed as in stock, but took 6 weeks to arrive. Never got tracking info.

IF I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Simply the WORST customer service experience of my entire life. Ordered the product on June 8 (order number 1000063455). Cancelled on June 14 and MedMart person confirmed that the order was cancelled and would NOT ship. June 24 product is left on our porch. The Medmart employee said just refuse acceptance, but we had no chance to do that. Between June 18 and July 8 I made several calls and sent 2 or 3 emails. Each time was told the "Julie" would get be return info that day or the next. Never ANY follow up. Finally insisted I talk to a manager and Margaret Ryan told me (and confirmed by email) that I could return the product for a full refund. Ms. Ryan received our return on July 18. As of today, still no credit on our CC and today I got an email from MedMart that the SAME product had just shipped to us!

We never received the handle for the tub you charged us for it I sent an email to cancel it and I have not heard from you

A week after I placed my order I called to see when the nebulizer would ship. I was told that it was scheduled to ship the next day. I waited another week to inquire when my order would ship and they said the next day. After the item didn't ship, I canceled my order and waited another week and a half for my refund. I went through a different company, paid less and received my order in 2 days. Bottom line, I was disappointed in medi mart's service.

Unsatisfactory. Ordered my product in June 12. Now we are in July close to the end of the month and still haven’t received my purchase. I had to reach out numerous of times to check on the status of my order with no satisfactory. No information could not be provided every time I reached out. A different person kept saying the exact thing but couldn’t give me no information. I requested a refund. Miraculously now all of a sudden I get a confirmation number with a tracking number for my order. Me personally will NEVER order from med mart ever again.
