Great Customer Support
Rich is a great customer support person, he has traveled to my home for several trips. My lift chair started would stop working mid way up or down on the rail. He thought on the first visit it was batteries, but no such luck, he replaced them only to later find out it was a system board inside the housing. Well that turned out to be a bust too, he order the board and installed only to find that the parts house sent an incorrect board, they told him to go ahead and install well it didn't work. He was to be told that our particular model circuit boards were 'no longer' in production. So here I sit with a 5 digit cost item only to find out that I needed to buy another one, Rich recommended an original style chair there was apparently some problem with the installed rails. Well he came out worked out a solution to getting my new chair installed and working He is a hardworking great customer support person

It took longer than expected to receive…
It took longer than expected to receive the bed but we couldn’t be more pleased. The delivery men were great, very professional.

Last July I bought my second Raptor...
Last July I bought my second Raptor. The first was destroyed by Hurricane Helene. My ability to walk and stand in long lines is limited. At Walmart, I am the Queen of Walmart. Everyone asks about it. It is my "car". I watch the mileage. I can go to doctor's, library, shopping. Public places must give you access, or call Dept. of Justice. I love waving at motorists stuck in traffic! I've never smiled so much in my life. The first Raptor I called Mercedes. I had sent a photo to my daughter; she said it looked like a Mercedes. I can wholeheartedly recommend getting one for yourself or someone else.
