I apologize for the delay, so many things are out of our control, but I understand your frustration. I have double checked the website to ensure accuracy of the lead time on this product. I have personally reviewed your order and see that the scooter you originally ordered is on supply chain delay and has been for some time. I see where another option was offered with a free lithium battery upgrade as well as an additional discount so we could get you a scooter available with the same manufacturer more quickly. We share your frustration and know we are all living, working, and trying to maintain as best we can during unprecedented times in the world and here at home. There have been delays in this industry we have never before experienced. Delays in freight shipments across the nation are at an all time high. Product availability is at an unprecedented low and demand is still the same as it ever was and maybe even greater right now as we all struggle to find our way back to normalcy. We do understand how important your order with us is. The items we provide help people maintain quality of life and help with tasks of daily living functions. We understand the impact our products have on the way you live each day and how deep the impact can be when these items are delayed. I am truly sorry these delays have affected your experience with us. From what I have been able to see all of your concerns were addressed with your advisor during this process.
