Hi Lewis, I am sorry you had a less than satisfactory experience. I see that you have connected with a representative about your return and were informed of the restocking fees and shipping charges that have accrued. We attempted to refund your money, but since you have disputed this credit card charge, there is nothing we can do until this case is closed or resolved with the credit card company. However, we strive for great customer service -- I see that the delivery company attempted to reach you starting on 7/21 and your calls to us started on 7/27. I wish the outcome would have been different and we could have provided you with the equipment needed. Thank you, MedMart Team
