Hi Linda, Per the manufacturer, your chair is expected to ship to our Cincinnati location by tomorrow. Once it is received, we will set up delivery. We deliver to your location on Thursdays. I am sorry you had trouble getting in touch with a representative, we are working diligently to get back to all of our customers promptly. Alan, Thank you for your feedback. Once your item has been checked in with Golden (the manufacturer) they will alert us and we will issue refund at that time. I spoke with a representative today and as of this afternoon (9/7) your item has not been received back. If you have tracking on your product, please send to [email protected] with your PO in the subject line, so we can track it and stay in contact with the manufacturer so we can issue your refund promptly. Good morning. I am sorry for the disconnect, but as stated on our website, the product will ship same day ordered. Since you selected White Glove Delivery Service, this adds a little time. The product is on its way to a technician near you. Once they receive it, they will call you to set up in home delivery. With the Holiday, this could be delayed a bit, but the technician will be in touch. I hope once you receive your order as purchased, you will be satisfied and will reconsider your review.
