The order was supposed to be shipped on Monday. I just received a notice (today is Tuesday) that the one I want is out of stock with no available date.

I dislike the service, especially after I canceled

I have not received my purchase yet when I ordered they said it would ship by July 11th. Just got another email now they are saying not until July 24th

I like the bed but did not get the metal brachet with it came with a bag with 2 bolts and nuts and a wrench and another with 4 rollers but no bracket and the corner of box was smached and open a little have picture of it when Fed ex dilivered

the order did not go through several times, checked everything. cancelled order then came back, went through but bslow. Also the ship at almost $13 for a net ,small handle several ounces, was excessive, another outfit on east coast charged $5.97

Purchase a recliner seat cover on June 11th. Never received an email to say when it will be delivered. I reached out the following week and they said it was on backorder. I never received communication about this. When I purchased product online it said it was in stock. In fact I chose the color I ordered because the one I wanted was out of stock. The gal that took my call was super friendly and helpful. Got a hold of the warehouse and was able to get me another color that was in stock. It was said that it would be delivered on 6/21 which would have been perfect as Im out of town on the 22nd and now it's NOT to arrive till the 24th. I love that you offer so much product and I have order with you in the past with large purchase. The lack of communication of a product being out of stock was disappointing.
