Stethoscope arrived in a very timely manner! And I even had it engraved. I chose the raspberry tubing with smoke stems and mirrored chestpiece. It did not disappoint!! I highly recommend this company!

I am completely satisfied with my experience with Medisave. I ordered a Littman 3, and a case for it. I also got it engraved so no one could steal it. Even with the engraving it came extremely fast, and they also sent me a free pen light!!!! ;-} They quality of their products is great, and the shipping is fast!!!! They even waived shipping fees because my order was over $125. I'm a happy customer, thank you Medishare!!!!! ;-}

I used Medisave before and was extremely happy with my first Littman Classic III black/smoke gray engraved stethoscope. I recently ordered 2 more...one for myself as a backup (same color, style, engraving) and ordered another as a birthday gift for a friend who envied mine! I ordered both the same. Black tubing, smoke gray metal chest piece, engraved with our names. What I received were 2 stethoscopes, engraved as ordered, arrived quickly, but neither were the colors I specified-both were black/black and conveniently came in a box that said they were black/smoke. So, thanks to Medisave, I literally just bought her a copy of her stethoscope she disliked, and got myself one too. After voicing my concerns, Robert, from Medisave, tried to convince me that “no Littmann product is guaranteed to be the same year-by-year.” If you want to invest in a quality product, go with Littmann. Absolutely. If you want to get that Littmann that you paid for, use a more reliable distributor or local medical supply shop who will provide it and has knowledge about the product, because if you don’t use stethoscopes, it shows. Robert, do yourself a favor and learn the basic parts of a stethoscope because you aren’t succeeding in representing Littmann when you don’t understand what the consumer is talking about.

Ashlee, Once again I'm sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. As discussed, we are a preferred distributor of 3M Littmann stethoscopes. We sell a very large number of these, turn over our inventory very quickly and have over many years seen some variation in metal finishing of Littmann component parts. To be clear, your issue is with the ear tubes not the chestpiece. The metal tubes that are part of the binaural are a completely different type of metal and are finished differently than the chestpiece. Matching ear tubes to chestpiece has been an issue over the years. That you received ear tubes on your most recent purchase that do not match the ear tubes on a stethoscope purchased years ago is unfortunate but, frankly, not a surprise. You have all my contact information as we've exchanged emails and photos regarding this issue. If you would like for me to contact 3M Littmann on your behalf in order to arrange a return/refund I would be happy to do so but, again, the ear tubes you were hoping to receive are no longer being produced by 3M Littmann.
