Terrible service
Poor engraving quality and they would not refund my money when it was their fault. They only offered a partial refund which does me absolutely not good.

I understand from our customer services that you were not happy with the engraving on your smoke finish Cardio III. I have reviewed the photo sent through to us. While images like these are always a little hard to make out, it does seem that the engraving is consistent with our typical laser engraving for this finish and up to now we have had no customer issues - we have engraved over 5000 of these in the last year alone. To be clear, the 3M Littmann lettering is stamped by the manufacturer in production - before the smoke finish is even applied. We then use a laser to personalize the stethoscopes. It does sometimes happen that there is some residue left on the engraving after this process. Have you tried to wipe it down with a alcohol swab? Often times this is all that is required to make the laser engraving lighter so that it contrasts with the smoke finish. Unfortunately, once they are engraved we can not take the product back for a refund. Let me know if this helps. Regards, Robert Kaiser - Medisave USA Manager.
