Dear Rebecca I am sorry to hear you are not happy about the color of your stethoscope. Have you notified our customer services team? In the interim I shall ensure a member of the team contacts you and we will exchange your stethoscope for another color. It is hard to represent colors 100% the same to everyone as different screen displays and settings can differ. Our sincere apologies that it is not as you desired and do hope your customer service experience was fast and courteous and that we resolve this to your satisfaction as soon as possible. We certainly want you to be happy with your purchase and don't like to see our customers disappointed! I shall ensure you are contacted today and we will aim to resolve this as soon as possible. Kind regards Medisave Customer Services
