This was my first purchase at Medisave. They have a very professional and courteous customer service. They offered many shipping methods, and I received everything sooner than expected. I looked for a stethoscopes for weeks and I was able to find it at Medisave for the best price. They also offered free engraving; I wasn't very impressed with the engraving. The fonts were too small, but considering it was "Free" and they engraved it the same day for me, I have no complains :) It took only 2 days from placing an order with them and receiving my order in an excellent condition and engraved. I Highly recommend Medisave *****

Thank you for your feedback Maana. We will pass on your comments to the engraving team but we tend to use a standard size font in order to be able to fit all the characters needed on to the stethoscope. We are so pleased to hear you are delighted with the with the speed your order arrived and the end product - enjoy! :) Kind regards Medisave Customer Services

I ordered my stethoscope, with my name engraved on it (free of charge), on May 25th. I received my product on May 31st! Fast! Plus I saved over $15 ordering from Medisave than AllHeart. They charge $14 to engrave names. I will definitely order from here again and I highly recommend this company to others.

This is the second stethoscope I have ordered from Medisave. I am very happy with their prompt service and I love the free engraving option that keeps my stethoscope from ending up in the hand of some one else.
Response from Medisave US LLPJun 3, 2013
Thank you Shannan! The personalisation is a great theft deterrent and we find almost everyone makes the most of the free engraving. We do hope we can be of service in the future (but not in the case that you are replacing a stolen stethoscope!) Kind regards Medisave Customer Services

The stethoscope was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. The engraving was nicely done and looks great. My only issue that I had which took my rating from five stars to a four was they put a sign for delivery stipulation through FedEx. This was not convenient or helpful to someone who has a full time job and was not able to meet the delivery driver.
Response from Medisave US LLPJun 3, 2013
Hi Scott Thanks for your comments and we are pleased you received a great service overall. The reason we require a signature is that we often need to provide proof of delivery to customers who may work or live in an environment whereby someone else may well sign for the item so we do this for security purposes. However, we are more than happy to deliver to your place of work in the future so please do bear this in mind to enable you to have a choice of where you would like your orders delivered to. Enjoy your purchase and we do hope we can be of service in the future :) Kind regards Medisave Customer Services
