I wanted to get a stethoscope for my daughter who will be starting vet school in August as a surprise. I really had no idea what to order. I checked with the vet she works with and he recommended a Littman. Your website was easy to navigate and the reviews helped in making my selection. I love the free engraving, because I hear they sometimes "get lost". She loves it!

Hi, I ordered a stethoscope from their website and was promised a delivery within the next 3 business days. I provided the company with the correct postal code. Somehow, someone in the company decided to change the postal code for which I got a notification for. I promptly replied and told them that I had provided the correct postal code to which "Redigo Mateo" replied and confirmed that he had made the changes to the postal code to reflect the correct one. I have email evidence from Redigo for the same. 2 days later, i get a notification from Canada Post stating that my package is sitting 2 hours away from my home because the postal code on the package was wrong. I had bought this for a friend who has since left the country and I dont even want the stethoscope anymore and requested a refund. It has been 15 days not and I have sent them two emails and contacted the online customer service but no one has contacted me yet. If someone from customer service is reading this, please note the following for reference [#OCM-329-20750]: Re: Stethoscope.ca: New Order # 100025097. After all else has failed, I am forced to write my outrage here.
