I ordered two engraved stethoscopes. They were in the mail within a couple hours of me completing the order on line. Outstanding product and outstanding service. I would highly recommend Medisave to anyone!

Ordered a littman classic 2 stethescope ocean blue. The color was true to the website color. I love how the laser engraving was free, any other company was $13 to add laser engraving. At the checkout I chose rush processing for only $1.99 and it only took 3 days for my stethescope to be DELIEVERED to me, not just shipped. The only thing is shipping was expensive, but it is expensive everywhere. Wish they had free shipping if you order a littman. But I cant complain because my scope came so fast it was worth it. Would order from them again and have been recommending this site to all my classmates

Many thanks Chris - we do aim to despatch as quickly as possible! We charge shipping at courier cost rates which are all supplied to us and passed on and because we discount on the Littmann RRP, and offer FREE engraving, it means we have to charge shipping but do only charge the amount that is set by our courier options and aim to have as cheap options available as possible. I have been in the Customer Service industry since 1995 and I feel that they have mastered the skill. My Item was going to be on back order, not only did they email me, but they called me as well to ask me what I wanted to do. Also, a small error occurred and they fixed it right away sending me a postage paid return envelope and the scrub pants I needed.

I made an order for a stethoscope that turned out to be wrong, the error was on my side not paying attention to detail. When I called to inform them of my negligence they informed me due to the type of stethoscope and the fact that it was personalized they would not be able to resale it. They were however able to do there best to order and expedite a second one to me. I was very impressed with the service thank you!
