Littman 3100 competitively priced, laser engraving beautiful, quick delivery. Very satisfied.
The Littman 3100, although pricier, does make assessment of heart and breath sounds much easier. The amplification along with the incorporated filters are worth it. Would definitely recommend that you laser engrave it to limit the possibility of theft/loss. I have only had the product for several days, but am very pleased with its performance. For the engraving and actual cost of the product, the price provided at Medisave is difficult to beat.
