The site was easy to navigate and the products I recieved were of great quality and arrived quickly.

I have had so much trouble getting ahold of them. I ordered my wife a Stehoscope for Christmas and it had some credit card hold. I have contacted them numerous times in order to fix it and nothing has been done for it.

Customer service just OK. Return process not that good.
