I had ordered my Littmann stethoscope from Medisave and it said that the color I had ordered was backordered. I received my item along with the free engraving 3 days later! I would order from this company again. It was free shipping and very fast processing even though my item was out of stock.

I ordered a Littmann stethoscope, and it took a little longer to ship than I expected. A couple days after I expected it, I received an email saying the particular stethoscope I ordered was back ordered. It only took two days for them to get it back in stock, and get it sent out. It could be because of the holiday rush, I'll order from them again... I appreciated all the communication on their part (emails when order received, engraving, back order, item shipped, etc.) however and never worried I wouldn't get what I ordered.

Ordered a stethscope and had it engraved, it came quickly the only problem is that it was engraved incorrectly. They quickly shipped me out another one and paid for the shipping to return the old one. Great service over all.
