First time disappointment
When I placed my original order there was nothing noted that the item I wanted was out of stock. When I got the email telling me it would be 1-2 weeks before it would be back in stock I asked for a refund and ordered a different item and never got shipping information until after the order came in the mail.

Sorry for your trouble with this order. Inventory is always in flux. The wait time can very depending on the item. We're always happy to make a change. The shipping confirmation should go to the email on the order automatically. It can sometimes go to Junk or Spam folders.

Fast service, but engraving is very small font size, hard to read

Sorry you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. We do have a set engraving field for each model. If you have a long name we need to keep the font small.
