I never could get any one to talk to and i contacted all the "places" you were suppose to get the stethescope engraved but got no response... but the stethoscope was sent and my daughter received it

Got the color of my stethoscope wrong. Invoice and order both said "Black" but the color of the stethoscope and the box was "Raspberry". Engraving came out great though. Fast delivery.

I ordered a stethoscope for my husband's birthday & also as a congratulatory gift for passing his paramedic boards; the projected delivery date showed that it would arrive in plenty of time for his bday. A few days later, I received an email saying the stethoscope was on backorder. I tried numerous times to reach the company by the phone number listed in the email w/ no success; therefore, I resorted to email. I asked when the projected date of shipment would be. I received automated responses but no answer to my question. Finally, after MULTIPLE emails trying to get a REAL LIVE response, I was directed to Robert Kaiser. Thanks to him, the stethoscope I ordered was finally personalized & shipped to me. It did not arrive in time for my husband's birthday which was a big disappointment, but so far he is happy w/ it. After more than a week's worth of the poor customer service I received, I doubt I will do business w/ this company again.

They've got stethoscopes for a great price compared to other sites! I bought my infant Littman here, and i was impressed with customer service as well! I even had to change shipping last minute and everything was handled efficiently and smoothly! I would definitely use Mediaave again!
