Happy with service with one exception. My first order with the company was backordered. I was notified of the backorder. After a few weeks, I inquired about the order and was informed it had been cancelled due to time limit on the credit card approval (their end not mine). It would have been nice to have been informed. Reordered and received immediately.

I am in NNP school and needed a stethoscope for my clinical rotation. I chose this website based on price-comparison & the free engraving option. I don't want to have to buy another stethoscope so I was sold with the laser-engraving. My stethoscope arrived on time, as promised, and the quality is outstanding! If I need anything else like that, I know exactly where to look!

The only reason I would not give Medisave 5 stars is because they sent me an email a couple of days after I purchased it online indicating that the stethoscope was out of stock and that they had it on backorder. I would have appreciated a more timely email or even a phone call on this matter. As it was, I immediately called them when I received the email and just chose a different color that was in stock at which time it was prepared and shipped that day. It was exactly as ordered and the free engraving was perfect!

I bought the Littmann Classic II S. E. Stethoscope in the Breast Cancer Awarness Pink and I love it!!!!! It came in a timely manner, I had it engraved with my name and the engraving looks professional and the pink is perfect!!!!! 5 STARS!!!!

It was my first time to purchase from Medisave.net and I already recommended the site to my husband ( who's also in healthcare). I bought a Litmann infant stethoscope from them and I was very happy with my purchase because its exactly the same color as in their pictures and the engraving is free. Also the delivery was super fast. So I would definitely go back to Medisave.net if I need to purchase something else in the future.

After comparing numerous prices on google shop, I ordered a new stethoscope from medisave.com. Medisave was not only inexpensive but very organized and detailed in their description, unlike most other sites (Littmann's models are rated 1/10). It helped me determine which one was best for me. Ended up with the Master Classic II. Love it!! Most importantly had it engraved. Was reluctant to have this done because of time, did not want to wait long. In my amazement it was delivered with in a few days via free standard shipping. The engraving was perfect!! Emails were consistent and I could very easily track my package. Will definitely order from again.
