One of the items I purchased was on back order. When I called to see if the other purchases would ship (because I really needed my new stethoscope but the rest could wait), I was met with a friendly, "We can do that!" It was sent out that very afternoon, personalization and all! Just don't choose USPS delivery because their nearest sorting center takes FOREVER to process through.

I wanted to order a stethoscope for my daughter so I went to the Medisave website. Found what I wanted and went to place the order. Tried several times and it kept clearing my information and coming back with red starred areas. Then I get an email an hour later reminding me I have something in my order box. I go back to the site and try to order again, no success. So I clear everything out and decide to wait a day. Try it again, meanwhile I try to phone in an order. The information tells you to leave a message and they will return your call. I try the "contact us" area on the website and I get several emails noting that they have received my information. After several days of this process, I do finally get a return phone call. The gentleman was extremely helpful, my order was processed and received promptly. But it took me several days and multiple contact attempts before I finally was able to place my order.

This company not only had a great deal on the stethoscope but offered affordable shipping and laser engraving. Shipped quickly and looked exactly as depicted on website. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My order was delayed due to product non-availability but was shipped quickly when in stock. Product that arrived was as advertised. However, I did send an email within 24 hrs of order about a change request in the inscription but this request was never fulfilled. The email I recieved was a basic mass email but they never replied about my specific request.

The stethoscope I ordered was exactly what I expected. It arrived very quick and I am extremely pleased with my order.

The service I received from Medisave was nothing more than outstanding. Ordered on Monday, received on the following monday. The Littmann Classic II SE looks and works great. Just as advertised and the engraving is superb.
