Great service with fast delivery at better price than competitors.

First order incorrect from company end, wrong item in box, finally got it ordered correctly, I thought and still is not right. I wanted a brown tubing, brass finished littmann stethoscope. That is what I ordered twice and still have the wrong item. Customer service is nice, helpful, but can't get it right. Second time I received brass finish black tubing stethoscope. I am disappointed and I have called but no one has returned call the second time. Don't know how you stay in business. What is the point of ordering what you want, when someone from medisave only sends you what they want. Sad Valerie Snead

I forgot to order engraving for my stethoscope. I emailed customer service and they called me and fixed the problem right away and shipped it that same day!

I ordered a new stethoscope and wanted it to be engraved with my name I received it five days later and exactly what I wanted, perfect.

Placed my order on a sunday with engraving in 2 items. I received my order on wednesday and was very happily surprised it came so quickly. Product and engraving looked great.

The color that was on the computer does not match the actual tubing that comes on the stethoscope.

I ordered the Littman 3100 electronic stethescope. It came very promptly and was just as beautiful as it looked online. I was very pleased with my product. Only thing I wish the laser etching didn't seem so fragile, but other than that perfect.

Products were easy to find and the company does not try to make extra money by ripping you off on the shipping charges. USPS Is still the cheapest when you're not in a rush.
