I am impressed by the processing speed. My order was processed and picked up by Fedex in less than 3 hours from the time I placed my order. The product itself was excellent, prices are very competitive, and customer service was great. I will shop here any day.

No issues - found the item i was looking for -placed the order, and received it in a few days. Email messages and updates were good and timely but the wording and appearance made me a bit apprehensive at first.

I ordered my stethoscope on a Thursday, it was shipped the same day and received on Saturday. I ordered the all black one as a graduation gift for my son and the engraving was perfect - he's going to love it!

I ordered and paid for a stethoscope which I knew was out of stock. However, I found that I had to inquire multiple times as to when stock would be replenished. The manufacturer had not yet published a date. I expected a periodic email indicating progress or lack of progress in the order. Instead, I made inquires to customer service and was able to find out delivery dates.

Dear Vannigio Thanks for your comments. I am sorry the item was out of stock. Every so often we do experience stock issues with very popular lines and we can sometimes obtain a ball park date for delivery but these can change. I am sorry for the problems and do hope we can be of service in the future. Kind regards Melissa - Medisave Customer Services
