Their prices were pretty good, but getting in touch with them is like pulling teeth. After five attempts to get additional information before I placed an order, I got frustrated and went ahead and placed the order, and hoped it was right. It turned out fine, but now, a week after I received the order, they are JUST NOW responding to my requests for information -- that ship has already sailed, folks!

Customer service is great except the fact I had to call few times to track my order and for some reason after few attempts finally received an email confirmation shipment is sent This is the only area where I thought a bit strange..other than that overall experience very satisfying
