What’s going wrong? I ordered two (2) cardiology III tuneable diaphragms with rims (36572). First you told me they were in back order, later you send only ONE without a note explaining. I paid for two, Where is the other? Order # 100132291 Date 4/30/14

I ordered a Littmann stethoscope on a Wednesday and it was delivered on Saturday - would have been Friday, but the mail person didn't want to get out of her truck to get my signature! Great product! Love the engraving. Now no one can snitch the stethoscope. Bought as a gift for my daughter. I would absolutely use Medisafe again.
