I got my order earlier then expected and it was correct and accurate! I love my new custom scope, won't use any other company again, I'm sold!

I recently spoke with someone who claimed to be a manager regarding my stethoscope and the incorrect bill along with missing pieces. I asked him for the supervisor's direct line and he simply gave me his name and said he could be reached at the normal number. Incredibly disappointed. This is the first time I have made a purchase with MediSave and I think it will be the last.

Hello We are sorry to hear about this. We will look into this and come back to you as soon as we can. Kind regards Medisave Customer Services UPDATE Rob says that you said you saw a Facebook advert, offering free engraving which we said we would honor. Serena put it on the order but it had already printed so we issued a refund after. The missing item was the student voucher which is out of print so he emailed you a .pdf copy. I hope this helps Kind regards Medisave Customer Services

No complaints. I received my master cardiology stethoscope in two days. This was with the regular mailing options. I was amazed.

Everything I ordered was a great price and shipped very quickly. They have a good selection of colors and products. It would be nice if they caries a larger selection of scrubs and kept more in stock

I ordered an engraved stethoscope, which came rather quickly (about 2-3 days). I also requested a student voucher which I did not receive but all-in-all I'm pleased with my purchase.

Hi Cordelia I shall make sure one is sent - they are usually e-mailed so I will speak with Rob in the office to send one directly. Kind regards Melissa - Medisave Customer Services
