I ordered a stethoscope that wasn't in stock. The customer service representative went out if his way to find me an alternate stethoscope. Once one was found, it was promptly engraved and shipping was upgraded with no additional charge. I was very satisfied with the alternate stethoscope and had it in my hand within 36 hours of ordering. Very pleased to do business with Medisave.

I ordered my raspberry rainbow Littmann Classic II stethoscope with engraving on 9/24/14...it was delivered as ordered on 9/26/14. Awesome turnaround service.

I am satisfied with my Littmann stethoscope, but I am disappointed in the laser engraving that I paid extra for. You can barely see it due to the size and the fact that they didn't go deep enough with the engraving. I should have saved my money and NOT had it engraved. Otherwise the stethoscope was awesome.

I ordered a littmann stethoscope from medisave, I had it engraved as well. It was shipped fast and the engraving looks great.

When I first got an email saying that my stethoscope from Medisave had been back ordered, I groaned loudly and told myself that the amazing prices and engraving options were obviously "too good to be true" and now I was stuck with an indefinite backorder on a product I needed asap. However, not only did Medisave keep me updated every step of the way and offer to cancel the order if I wished, someone personally called me the minute a shipment arrived (barely 4 days after the back order notice was sent) and let me know that my stethoscope was on the way! It arrived promptly, great quality and by far the best price I found anywhere. It is rare that you get to talk to a "live person" when you call a company, let alone have someone actually call you instead to give you an update. I def recommend them!!
