I ordered my stethoscope at the very last minute (Monday) and needed it for school on a Thursday. Of course I needed the laser engraving and expected that to take a lot of time. The checkout process offered the "rush" option for $1.99 and I figured what the heck? I had a slight set back when the company called because my credit card didn't process because of an address change, I thought for sure it would be days of drama. I got an email 4 hours after I ordered, from FedEx telling me that it was on its way. SERIOUSLY? 4 hours! I was extremely happy when it got here wednesday! What an awesome easy company to deal with.

Arrived very quickly. This item is so beautiful. I loved that I was able to personalize it with engraving and make it even more unique than it already is. The sound is amazing, absolutely no complaints very happy.
