Easy to navigate website and order, received package in less than a week and even I selected the most basis shipping. Custom engraving looks nice, now just have to wait until Christmas to give to my wife to see if it works well!

The item I ordered was shipped quickly. Medisave called prior to shipping to alert me that "overnight" shipping on Friday meant delivery on Monday. I knew this but it was nice that they confirmed.
