I ordered an item that was out of stock. The website did not state that it was back-ordered. After several days without a shipping notification, I contacted the customer service department. The agent understood that I needed the item for a graduation present. He made a suggestion for the same item in a different color that was in stock. He up-graded my shipping choice free of charge so that I would receive the item when I needed it. It arrived as promised, correctly engraved, and in time for the graduation!

The website was easy to work and I received exactly what I ordered way soone than I was expecting! I love new personalized stethoscope!

Great deals but the color of the product was deceiving. The color in the pics is way different then the actual product when I got it in the mail.

Ordered my stethoscope on Wednesday with 5 day shipping. Got it on Friday! Shipping was reasonably priced (unlike some other websites). I actually paid less including 5 day shipping than the stethoscope was listed for on another website! Arrived in perfect condition. Couldn't be happier!

Order was delivered promptly and arrived exactly as described. I would order with Medisave again.
