I placed an order for a stethoscope and although other items that are not available at the time are labeled on the site as such, the one I chose apparently was not. I ordered it and submitted my payment and was then emailed days later stating it was unavailable. I hadn't heard anything about what to do next or what to expect or what my options were so I contacted the help center and received an email from Robert Kaiser who was rather rude and very unhelpful. I don't plan on ordering from this company again in the future and I do not appreciate smart allick comments when I am asking legitimate questions concerning my order.
