I have purchased from medisave before and this was by far the worst experience in regards to shipping. I purchased something 11 days ago that was supposed to arrive within 2 business days( i paid for rush delivery and and express delivery ) i have yet to receive this graduation gift for a new nurse. I paid the extra money thinking it would be here in a timely manner because it was urgent and it didnt. I am very upset about this. I dont think i will ever purchase anything from here again.

Although I have not received my item as of yet (order it yesterday), I am very happy with the services provided so far. I realized today that I ordered the wrong item and called the customer service line. I was able to speak with an actual person (no "press 1 for.."). I forgot his name but he was able to answer my questions about refunding and he actually put me on hold to find the item order yesterday to determine if it was still there or if it had shipped. He found the item before it was shipped and was able to cancel my order, saving me from paying shipping costs. Usually the thought of calling customer service would stimulate a feeling of anxiety, but this was a pleasant experience. Thank you!

There was some confusion with entering billing/shipping information, so I called the help desk. I was helped right away, the confusion was resolved. I received a follow-up email to make sure I was able to complete my order satisfactorily. My order was completed, billed, shipped and received as requested. My daughter was very happy with her new stethoscope. She particularly loved the engraving with the added emoticons. Thank you very much for wonderful service.

I had to finally call your company to order a stethoscope, and I am waiting right now for someone to call me back about another order I tried to order on line and it wouldn't take the payment. If I could get a call back 319-356-4421 ask for Arlene
