Terrible website!
I had to order a stethoscope for nursing school. Went to this website because it was cheap and I also read very good reviews. However, when I went to order my stethoscope, the website was not working correctly. I chose my stethoscope and indicated what I wanted engraved on it. When I clicked "place order" it kicked me out and went back to the main screen, without saying "thank you for your order," "Your order has been placed," etc. I waited for a while and never got a confirmation e-mail saying that my order had been placed. I tried ordering it again and the same thing happened; I got sent back to the main screen. So since the website had a glitch I went and ordered a stethoscope from another company. About 24 hours later, I got an e-mail saying that my package had been shipped..... even though I didn't think I ordered it since I never got a confirmation. I went to their website again and chatted with one of their workers, explaining the situation about how their website wasn't working, I had already ordered from another site, etc and I had asked if I could reject the package and return it when I got it. Their employee basically said, "Sorry, that's too bad. We can't give you a refund and you can't return it." So the package came and I accepted it. AFTER I got the email saying it had been shipped and AFTER I actually GOT the package, I received a confirmation e-mail saying "Thank you for your order. Your order has been placed." SERIOUSLY? I am now out $100 thanks to this website. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I KNOW I NEVER WILL AGAIN!
