The perfomance is good. However , there are soce edge / crack around the pastic circle which cover the stethoscope.

Everything was amazing!!....I got the master cardiology smoke edition and it is beautiful!!! I got the head engraved and I can not be happier!....I can't stop starting at it I can't wait for clinicals to start ☺️
