I was looking to upgrade my Littman stethoscope. Medisave was one of the certified distributors in 3M's online Littman steth catalog. Online ordering was simple and quick, and their prices are cheaper than other distributors. I live in CT so the product came earlier than expected. I bought a Littman steth with engraving and it came out great! Signature was required upon receipt and I missed the first delivery attempt. On top of USPS updates, I got delivery updates via e-mail from Medisave as well. Highly recommended.
