Website was not allowing me to order bandage scissors when I called up they seems to have been blocked. I had to order my products through the phone service and it took Forever, nor was I offered a discount for going through all that

My son just graduated from Nursing school, and landed a job soon after. He needed a stethoscope, so I looked around, and found that Medisave had the best price going for what I was looking to purchase. The website was easy to navigate and Medisave was having a special on the stethoscope cases. I couldn't resist getting it for half off! I was also able to have the stethoscope engraved. Medisave had an option to rush engraving and have the order shipped immediately. This was a great option since I needed to make sure my son received his stethoscope before he started his new job. Once my order was received, Medisave sent updates during the whole process. I've never experineced another company being so involved with their customers via an online order. I was even sent updates on the tracking. I never once had to go track the package myself, because Medisave alerted me to where it was every step of the way. This, to me, is above and beyond what customer service is all about. My package arrived when it was supposed to, and everything was exactly as ordered. If I am ever in need any medical supplies, Medisave will be the first choice. I appreciate businesses like this one. Thank you for everything!
