Pretty darn smooth
Bought a Littman stethoscope, and there were no issues. Smooth transaction and shipped pretty fast. They ship signature required so be warned, as I was not aware. Overall would buy from again.

Shipping was a little slow for the price
Very well rounded company just wish the shipping prices would equal up to the price. But don't get me wrong, about not recommending this organization to other people.
