We do not supply daily updates. Automatic updates are sent via email when there is a change of status. Some notifications do go to Junk/Spam folders.

I received my husbands litman cardiac stethoscope very fast, even with it being out of stock. I ordered on Sunday and received it by Wednesday the next week. Extremely good quality and customer service was very friendly!

Customer service said part will fit and it doesn't.
Wrong item shipped and they want me to pay shipping to return it before I get a refund. Their site and even their customer service told me after I received it that the stethoscope repair parts will fit the stethoscope I have and they do not. I have an older version of the stethoscope. I have both Classic II and Master Classic stethoscopes. I wanted a repair kit for either. They tried to tell me the S.E. fits both. It doesn't.

Tracy, I'm sorry for the trouble with your order. As discussed, you ordered the Classic II SE parts kit but you have a Master Classic stethoscope. We're happy to refund this part once it is returned but we do ask customers to pay for return shipping in cases like this.
