Expectations exceeded - great product, exactly how I ordered it and arrived at my doorstep before I expected.

I ordered a littmann master classic 2 thru Amazon due to a gift card. 20 years as a paramedic and it's the first nice stethoscope I've ever owned. Anyway, I wanted my name engraved on it and due to buying thru Amazon the custom engraving wasn't offered as option, even tho their company website offered it. So, I called them up and these people were great. They treated me like a local customer... Service was GREAT they offered engraving to me and then sent it 2 day shipping with no shipping fee (they did this on their own; I didn't request that). I would absolutely recommend this company. Thank you!

Item arrived 2 days after order was placed. It arrived in great condition and I'm very excited to use it next semester for clinical studies. Super impressed with whole purchase experience.

Purchased a Classic III for my son who just graduated from his EMT class, he wanted "something different". I called and spoke with a very helpful young lady(sorry I can't recall her name) she helped me find that unusual stethoscope. Ordered it price with shipping was very reasonable , it arriver actually 2 days before they said it would.
