Love my Stethoscope!

Item of good quality. Etching of name could have been done better but I am satisfied with the product. Delivery was very fast

I paid for shipping and it came a lot sooner than I expected which was nice. The stethoscope engraving was nice. However, my code for the learning app didn't come with it like I was told it would so I had to contact them to email me one. The case I picked doesn't fit my stethoscope properly which I didn't realize until I tried to put it in the case. So read the details of all the cases before ordering. I would have to pay for it to be shipped back but they were willing to let me return it. Then they would pay the shipping for a new one I purchase. I didn't feel it was worth paying to ship back a case that was $12 when I already paid $10 for the original shipping. Otherwise very pleasant to deal with. Fast responses.

I especially loved the chat with an assistant it was instant

You get to keep track of your product from the time it ships to the time it gets to you door. The fastest way possible by text. How cool is that!!!!!👍🏻
