Excellent customer service
The response from customer service was personal, helpful, and efficient. I initially spoke with the rep from NZ, but she was very helpful in connecting me with the US rep. The US rep went above and beyond my expectations to assist me in obtaining the right product piece. It fits perfectly and my stethoscope is in like new condition!

Decent Prices; Prompt Shipper
Bought a high-end Littman stethoscope at a good price. Had it engraved on the bell and it was shipped same day, but engraving was not the best job.

ordered much needed replacement tubing and new tag. Site didn't state on back order. Found out only when tag was delivered. Still haven't received tubing or estimated ship date,
