The ordering process was great, but I have had a terrible time with the shipping.
I still haven't received my order to comment on the product yet. Ordering was great and I really liked that I could purchase with my Amazon.com account. The shipping has taken a longer than expected time and the service used has blackout days of service. I have to wait an extra 3 days to receive my order and was told by FedEx there are no pickup options available and it would take 5 days before I could try to pickup. I wish a different shipping company was used.

Unfortunately there is not a whole lot we are able to do once FedEx pick up your parcel, however I am sure when you do receive your parcel you will be very pleased with your item. Wonderful service
Wonderful service. Ordered a stethoscope on a Monday and had it by Wednesday morning. Very prompt service and the stethoscope was engraved and beautiful when it arrived. Would definitely order from Medisave again!

Timely delivery of my stethoscope.
The ease of ordering was very good. My only regret is that I wished my tubing was slightly longer. It's a little uncomfortable and short around my neck, BUT looks exactly how I wanted, aesthetically.
