They were fast- I ordered my stethoscope on Sunday and got it Wednesday morning. They communicated with me, via text, each step of the way. Plus, while the base price for the Cardiology IV was about $10 more than the cheapest price I found, the total price including engraving and shipping was about $20 less than the next closest competitor.

Great pricing I was super excited to have my stethoscope engraved and even add some skulls on there since I'm an R.T. (R) as well but when I received the stethoscope I could barely see the engraving and the skulls looked more like blobs. The website is very misleading on that end as the picture showed the engraving in blue when it's just sketched into the stethoscope so it's the same color as the chest piece.

The package arrived as scheduled and I was pretty impressed with how the order was handled. It was sent the next day after the order has been made. They also offered reasonable prices as compared to other online sellers I considered of buying from. In addition, the item was well packaged and arrived without any damage.
