If I could give a zero star rating I would. I purchased a nearly 400 dollar stethoscope from them, and I called them wanting to return it because it didn't work as advertised, and they would not take it back and refund my money. I am very dissatisfied and now I'm out 400 dollars, and I still don't have a working stethoscope. Just great. Don't waste your money!

Great product, fair price. Annoyance was delivery required someone to sign for pacakage.....was an inconvenience....a little annoyed that was not disclosed prior to ordering.

I bought a stethoscope,which came perfect, but I also ordered a case for it, which I received with 3 very large oil stains. It looks like it's been used. It was supposed to be a time sensitive gift. Medisave would not pay for overnight shipping to make THEIR mistake right. I DO NOT recommend buying anything from anyone that doesn't respect their customers. There are plenty other sellers willing to provide what was paid for. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Great price to begin with; fast shipping and exactly as described. I forgot to apply a coupon code, so I messaged the company and they instantaneously gave me a partial refund!! Will definitely shop here again.
